Effective upon first use
1. General Information
The Reframe mobile application (“App”) is owned and operated by Odara Tech.

By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Reframe provides tools for generating text and image carousels using AI technologies (OpenAI/ChatGPT).
Users may:
- Enter prompts
- Upload images
- Generate content
- Save carousels and templates
- Edit their profile (name, avatar, language)
- Export content
- Share templates voluntarily
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid features are available through in-app subscriptions:
- $13 per month
- $120 per year ($10/month billed annually)
All payments and refunds are handled by Apple. We do not process refunds independently.
4. User Content
- You retain all rights to the content you upload or generate.
- You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
- We do not sell or transfer your content to third parties.
- Sharing templates is optional and initiated by the user.
5. Prohibited Content
You may not use the App to create or distribute:
- Pornography
- Sexual content involving minors
- Violence or threats
- Extremist, racist, or hateful content
- Political propaganda
- Copyright-infringing material
- Spam or harmful content
We may restrict access upon violations.
6. AI and No Guarantees
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies.
- We do not guarantee correctness or suitability.
- You are responsible for reviewing and using generated content.
7. Service Availability
The App may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Updates
- Maintenance
- OpenAI limitations
- Technical issues
8. Account Deletion
You may delete your account and all associated data using the in-app “Delete Account” feature.
9. Age Requirement
The App may be used by individuals 13+.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use indicates acceptance.
